In two separate cases, Watson Law successfully guided our client through the legal process, ultimately achieving a nolle prosequi (formal dismissal of charges) in both matters.

Clayton County Case

Our client was facing legal proceedings in the State Court of Clayton County. After careful legal assessment and negotiations, Watson Law effectively demonstrated that the interests of justice warranted a dismissal. The Solicitor General’s Office agreed, filing a motion to nolle prosequi the case, which was subsequently granted by the court.

Fulton County Case (Battery Charge)

In a separate matter in the State Court of Fulton County, Watson Law secured another nolle prosequi, ensuring that our client would not face further prosecution. This dismissal was granted after our client successfully completed the requirements of a pretrial intervention and counseling program—an outcome Watson Law worked diligently to facilitate.
